Our two-year ambition is to become a top choice for creator content and ad platforms in the USA. We're seeking a highly organized Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. This role will involve managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and clients. About the Role This full-time, fully remote position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing setting. 1. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including handling multiple campaigns at once. 2. Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social. 3. Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills, being proactive, empathetic, and solutions-driven. 4. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. 5. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring campaign execution runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Growth: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding experience from onboarding to campaign execution. 2. Build trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their objectives and consistently delivering value. 3. Proactively address client concerns, solve challenges, and ensure high satisfaction and retention. 4. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients scale their influencer marketing efforts. Campaign & Project Management: 1. Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring projects stay on track and exceed expectations. 2. Coordinate with Influencer Marketing Managers to source and match creators to campaigns. 3. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. 4. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Digital Marketing & Paid Social Execution: 1. Guide brands in developing high-performing ad creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns. 2. Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to refine briefs and provide actionable feedback. 3. Work closely with the Paid Media Specialist to ensure content is optimized for performance marketing objectives. Content Delivery & Post-Production Oversight: 1. Work with creators to ensure high-quality content production that meets brand guidelines. 2. Coordinate with motion designers to ensure smooth post-production and final creative asset delivery. 3.
