Mainfunctions: 1. Develop and implement marketing and promotionalactivities for LR LATAM Markets aimed at achieving commercial andbrand objectives. 2. Drive and lead the launch preparation,readiness and execution for Mavacamten and Luspatercept across allterritories (10). 3. Support assessing new product launches and/orindications (e.g. preparing business opportunity assessment). 4. Carry out market analysis (design/implement action and monitoringplans, SFE metrics, market audits and market insights). 5. Know theinsights of the main stakeholders/decision makers and trends inpathology. 6. Develop promotional and educational materials jointlywith other areas. 7. Identify and understand a variety of financialresources/systems, access, promotional, etc. necessary whenimplementing marketing plans and achieve results. 8. Preparemarketing plans, sales plans, financial projections and investmentplan. 9. Monitor potential deviations/performance indicators. 10. Manage investment and expense budgets. 11. Continuously collaboratewith the Regional Champion to provide feedback regarding projectsand initiatives related to the brand. 12. Participate in Nationaland International Congresses. 13. Establish solid contacts with Opinion Leaders and Medical Societies. 14. Build solidrelationships with key areas of the company: Access, Medical,Sales, Finance, Business Excellence, as well as with colleaguesfrom the other business units and Latin American countries. Skills,Competencies and Knowledge 1. Strong interpersonal skills, abilityto build internal/external relationships and work with highlydiverse functional teams. 2. Understand the health system, itspolicies and the short, medium and long-term impact with brandsfrom BMS. 3. Strong negotiation and influence skills. 4. Knowledgeof strategic thinking to identify business opportunities forhigh-cost products. 5. Quick reaction to changes in theenvironment. 6. Goal-oriented, aligning individual goals with teamgoals, and clear communication for effective collaboration. 7. Strong work ethic and positive demeanor/attitude. Education /Experience / Languages 1. Education: Professional in areas of Health and/or management/marketing careers. 2. Experience: +5 yearsof marketing experience in High Cost drugs, preferably Cardiovascular and/or Hematology specifically. 3. +10 years ofexperience in the marketing area of the pharmaceutical industry. 4.+5 years experience in multinational companies. 5. Regionalexperience across marketing or commercial functions. 6. Ideallywith previous sales experience. 7. Ideally with previous experiencewith distribution models. 1. Languages: Spanish and English 100%fluent (written, spoken). Key Competency Requirements 1. Superiordisease Area knowledge and understanding marketing strategy andexecution. 2. In-depth knowledge of the therapeutic area (CV and/or Hemato). 3. In-depth knowledge of relevant BMS products highlydesirable. 4. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. 5.
