Role Description: As an HR Administrator – Talent & Communications , you will be responsible for executing administrative tasks across multiple HR functions, managing systems, and ensuring a positive experience for all employees and candidates. The ideal candidate is responsive, process-driven, and comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Send calendar invites, prepare interview guides, and confirm logistics with candidates. Monitor and manage candidate communication inboxes, responding to inquiries or routing messages appropriately. Follow up with candidates on application status, interview prep, or next steps as directed. Enter and update candidate records in the ATS (e.g., status changes, notes, dispositioning). Post and update job openings across multiple platforms as directed. Generate regular reports or dashboards to track pipeline progress, time-to-fill, or other recruiting metrics. Track sentiment trends and report notable feedback patterns or recurring concerns. Support strategies to improve review volume and ratings by identifying satisfied employees/customers for review encouragement (as approved by internal teams). Assist with the implementation of review generation campaigns or surveys. Use pre-approved templates or brand voice guides to ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Required Skills: At least 1 year of experience supporting a fast-paced HR Department with strong organizational and time management skills, including social media administration, customer service, or communications support.
