If you’re driven by innovation and eager to shape the future of technology, this is where you belong We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in uptime, availability, and reliability. This role focuses on large-scale automation and system evolution to enhance the overall customer experience. What you will do: Track the quality of delivered services through the definition and implementation of SLOs / Error Budget, focusing on continuous improvement. Provide expert consulting services to Product Teams to drive the minimization of manual tasks through mass automation and self healing capabilities. Responsible for the postmortem process and outcomes whilst encouraging blameless review of defects / service impacts and identifying ways to improve. Participates actively in the SRE 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure that SRE capabilities are available to contribute to the resolution of incidents. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. Broad range of understanding of enterprise Cloud infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS) and associated technologies. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and associated technologies Automation tools and infrastructure-as-code, with a specific focus on AWS being beneficial. Did we spark your interest?
