**Profile** - Courier (3PL) performance management, daily operations - Analyze, identify, summarize and report channel operations issue - Coordinate and manage service provider, help to resolve disputes and issues - Help to verify service providers' bill - Analyze logistics operations and identify improvement opportunities - Prepare and leads Ops calls, weekly internally and with the 3PL's - Report on and drive process improvements to increase on-time delivery - Contact point for Customer Service, Sellers, etc. for distribution topics - Challenge current solutions and couriers in order to optimize service and cost - Review performance metrics (quality, speed, cost, etc.) **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Logistics Management / Operation Management / Administrative studies - 5+ years of relevant work experience in: logistics, transportation, supply chain or last-mile delivery preferably in an operational role - Quick to respond actions needed for sudden operational concerns - Team player, customer-focused, capable to adapt to a fast environment - Spanish and English B2 or above - Excel Intermediate-Advance skills - Knowledge of process improvement techniques - Data analytics - High communication skills with all departmet internal and external roles - Autonomy in decision making
