About the job Project & Operations Manager Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing startup based in Bogotá, Colombia , focused on supporting visa business applicants in completing their immigration processes. This is a direct hire opportunity you will be employed directly by the company and work on-site with their local team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a startup environment. As Project & Operations Manager , you will be responsible for driving organizational efficiency, managing key projects, supporting HR efforts, and ensuring seamless communication across the team. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration Develop and manage internal processes, documentation, and task tracking systems Create templates and ensure proper documentation is in place Maintain an organized and calendar-driven workflow to meet company goals Project Management Oversee and execute cross-functional projects, from planning to completion Use project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp to track progress and timelines Ensure tasks are delivered on time and aligned with company priorities HR & Team Coordination Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members Support team integration and foster a positive and productive workplace culture Work closely with leadership to manage staffing needs and performance tracking IT & Tools Oversight Ensure team is effectively using CRM systems and internal platforms Troubleshoot minor tech issues and maintain a streamlined digital environment Act as a central point of contact for internal communication Keep the team updated on company processes and immigration-related developments Lead with clarity and accountability, ensuring that goals are met and expectations are aligned Startup Culture & Commitment Be ready to adapt quickly to changes and evolving business needs Demonstrate a high level of commitment, especially during the companys initial growth phase Bring a solutions-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile Requirements 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, HR, or a similar role Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project management and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp) Ability to thrive in a startup environment with evolving priorities Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus What We Offer The chance to grow with a mission-driven startup from the ground up A leadership role with real impact and growth potential A collaborative and energetic work environment Competitive salary and professional development opportunities Direct employment with a promising company in the immigration services industry Apply now and be part of building something impactful from day one.
