What Makes You a Great Fit: Our Recruiters operate in a high-velocity environment, managing full lifecycle recruiting—from sourcing to closing—and often making the first impression of Velocity Global. This role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience within a top recruiting organization. You will report to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition. Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. How You'll Make an Impact: Develop recruiting plans to meet hiring needs. Manage candidate administration, including updating applicant and offer activity, creating job descriptions, and posting in recruiting systems and job boards. Build an active candidate pipeline for future hiring. Coordinate events, assessments, and interviews. Review applications to evaluate fit. Communicate logistics with candidates. Coordinate background checks with Talent Operations. Follow up with hiring managers on recruiting effectiveness. Assist personnel on recruiting matters. Use metrics to improve processes. Analyze and report recruitment metrics to business leaders. Let's Connect If You: Have at least 5 years of experience in a startup environment. Have managed high-volume and niche hiring. Have experience in a global, HR, or tech environment (preferred). Partner with senior management; experience with competency-based interviews is required. Are proficient with Greenhouse and Google Suite. Can work independently on critical open positions. Possess strong spoken and written English communication skills.
