As an **RPA developer** you will develop and implement automation projects, proof of concepts, internal client bots and other developments to contribute to the IA department strategy. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Development & implementation of Automation Projects including but not limitted to Intelligent Process Automation, Accelerators + TABi, Proof of Concepts, Internal Hubtek Bots and all other internal developments that will enhance and support Hubtek's IA Strategy - Guarantee the quality of the automations developed in accordance with the IA knowledge document and the Process Design Document created by the IA BA and Signed Off by our Customers (internal/external) - Develop projects in compliance with Hubtek's Best Practices and following best practices in the industry. - Support the QA, controlled production, UAT and Production stages of each project to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet timelines defined in the planning phase of the project - Keep personal training plans up to date and ensure that at least one training course is completed every month of the year **Minimum requirements** **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Teamwork. - Proactivity. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**: University student or Bachelor's Degree in technological engineering, electronic engineering, systems engineering, software engineering, or any other related. - **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in process automation and knowledge in tools such as Automation Anywhere, Uipath or Blueprism. SQL server (advance). - **Language**: Minimum B1 - B2 English skills.
