Silver Lining is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and communications-savvy PR Manager to join our Brand Team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and creativity—managing projects, crafting compelling content, coordinating across teams, and elevating our global brand presence as we support Small Business Owners around the world. - Manage and oversee projects related to Silver Lining's Brand team communication efforts to ensure timely and successful execution, aligning with the organization's strategic goals. - Plan, organize, and coordinate events, ensuring smooth logistics, engaging programming, and impactful outcomes that align with the brand’s mission. - Develop high-quality written content for various platforms, including articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts, ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging. - Lead administrative and operational efforts, such as maintaining content calendars, organizing campaign assets, and coordinating deliverables across teams - Execute public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation, including crafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing crisis communications. - Track, analyze, and report on social media, email, and article performance metrics to optimize engagement and drive measurable results. - Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. - Quickly learn and adapt communication techniques and tools to meet the evolving needs of campaigns, platforms, and audience preferences. - Master our team collaboration software, Podio. - Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions. - Proactively support Silver Lining's Brand team in ongoing and future initiatives, contributing ideas, strategies, and improvements to ensure continued success. - Collaborate on the creation and execution of innovative marketing and branding campaigns to further Silver Lining's mission of supporting small businesses globally. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Silver Lining remains a leader in modern communications and brand management.
