We are seeking anexperienced and highly motivated FP&A; Manager to lead ourfinancial planning and analysis activities. The FP&A; Managerwill be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, andfinancial analysis processes, as well as providing strategicfinancial insights to support the organization's growth andprofitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadershipskills, a deep understanding of financial management principles,and a proven track record of driving process improvements. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the annual budgeting,periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. - Develop and maintain complex financial models to supportdecision-making across the organization. - Analyze financial datato identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment offinancial plans with strategic objectives. - Lead the monthlyfinancial reporting process, including variance analysis andmanagement reporting. - Drive improvements in financial processes,systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency andaccuracy. - Evaluate potential investments, mergers, andacquisitions to support growth initiatives. - Mentor and developteam members, promoting a culture of continuous learning andprofessional growth. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, or a related field. MBA /advanced relevant degreeand/or professional accounting qualification is a plus. - 5+ yearsof experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2years in a leadership role. - Expert financial modeling andanalytical skills. - Experience in reporting and analysis in aPrivate Equity context. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel andfinancial software applications, such as Netsuite. - In-depthknowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, financial statementanalysis, and management reporting. - Excellent communication,presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to leadand develop high-performing teams. - Strong attention to detail,problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr Finance
