**Key Responsibilities** - Review specification (User Stories/Test plans/Test cases) and design documents (PDD’s/BRD’s/Process maps) - Be familiar with User story and documentation structure to provide feedback to the team if required on improvements where needed - Creating Test cases, Test plans, User stories and bug tickets when needed - Review and maintain test plans and test cases with the aid of developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers. - Create a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, accountability, and quality - Ability to think outside of the front end and consider negative test cases without diving too deep into things that provide no benefit to test (edge cases/extreme scenarios) - Perform minor and major tests including end to end testing with proper documented feedback for the team - Request test data sets to cover the pre-agreed test scenarios and manage this data to ensure it is still viable/usable at point of testing - Key technologies that you will be testing include Salesforce, UiPath, Workato, Work relay, Web API’s, CRM’s. **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience as a QA tester - Technical background is a must - have knowledge of code/software development/Automation frameworks, including Frontend and backend testing - We want you to challenge the systems/bots we create so that we explore every avenue possible before it is pushed to production - Familiarity with testing methodology e.g. Test cases, Test plans, Regression testing, Smoke testing, Sanity testing, end to end testing - Ability to understand the systems, translate specification documents and convert them to test document - Ability to read code logically so that a bug ticket contains enough detail for developers - Experience using Jira/Azure devops or the like - Be able to raise bug tickets and coherently/concisely express the ticket in an easy to understand manner. - You will understand how to capture requirements and user stories for development - Experience in an Agile and fast paced environment with multiple projects running concurrently - Excellent English oral and written communication skills - Must be able to work autonomously - Critical Thinking and attentional to detail - Knowledge of Automation project methodology would be advantageous - You will have excellent reporting presentation skills **Technical Environment**: - Microsoft Office - JIRA/Confluence - UiPath Studio & Orchestrator - Amazon WorkSpace for VPN and VM access - Lucid Chart - Hugo **Benefits** We offer flex time, flexibility to work from home or in the office, yearly optician's, health insurance coverage for you +1, english classes, and more!
