About the Role - Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of distributed engineers, provide guidance and mentorship, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. 2. Project Management: Plan, estimate, and execute projects, working closely with product management to define vision and strategy. 3.
