Position: Manager of Training & Operations Key Responsibilities - Design, lead, and continuously improve training programs for franchise owners, both in-person and virtually. - Serve as a key resource and mentor to franchisees, providing practical guidance on service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with owners to ensure consistent and effective implementation of Class 101's core services. - Identify training gaps and create solutions that support ongoing learning and development. - Lead workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to elevate knowledge, confidence, and execution. - Track performance trends and use data to improve outcomes for franchise locations and the students they serve. - Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across the franchise network. - Partner with the corporate team to continuously evolve the curriculum and operational playbooks. - Stay current on developments in education, training methods, and related tools to bring value to our franchise network. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in education, professional development, training, or a related field. - Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Able to train and energize individuals and groups. - A natural coach and mentor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. - Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a results-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solver with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. - Comfortable with data, performance tracking, and using insights to drive improvement. - Proficient in virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, LMS platforms).
