Job Description The key to growth at NIQ is a high-performing sales team, and driving efficiency and effectiveness for our sales leaders and teams is critical to success. NIQ is seeking a talented, results-oriented leader to help build and scale local sales operations best practices, enabling our mission to accelerate growth. The Sales Ops & Analytics Lead will play a key role in leveraging data and insights to manage sales performance. This person will analyze current and past sales trends to accurately predict future performance, providing data-driven insights to Commercial stakeholders that set and optimize sales strategies. The position will work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to generate the necessary business analytics to support strategic objectives and accelerate regional sales growth. The right candidate will excel at creating regular sales forecasts, preparing and reviewing sales performance reports, and participating in budgeting across markets. The Sales Ops & Analytics Manager must be a self-starter with keen attention to detail who thrives on deriving recommendations from complex, ambiguous data sets. To be successful, this leader must be highly collaborative and enjoy working in a remote, multicultural environment. Job Responsibilities Data Analysis: Leverage strong commercial knowledge and business acumen to uncover new opportunities and generate actionable insights through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales and market data. Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, forecasts, and executive presentations for critical business reviews. Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with regional Revenue Operations leadership to develop and refine sales strategies. Evaluate existing practices and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization through analytical reports and models. Sales Tools and Technology: Advocate for CRM compliance and tool optimization to improve reporting accuracy. Assist in implementing strategies to enhance data quality, ensuring systems are populated with clean, current data. Provide guidance on CRM processes to maximize sales effectiveness. Sales Performance Tracking: Understand and interpret company-wide KPIs, develop new local KPIs as needed, monitor pipeline for accurate forecasts, analyze opportunities, and equip sales leaders with data to address performance issues. Territory and Quota Management: Assist in defining and managing sales territories and quotas, ensuring fairness and alignment with local market conditions. Sales Reporting: Create, deliver, and optimize reports and insights for sales leadership and stakeholders. Manage ad hoc requests promptly to support decision-making. White Space Analysis: Size and prioritize opportunities across existing customers and prospects using quantifiable insights to match NIQ sellers with high-propensity targets. Market and Competitor Research: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to help the sales team adapt strategies and stay ahead. Qualifications Key Attributes: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or finance roles, preferably within a B2B tech organization. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business language. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to formulate insights, present compelling recommendations, and advise effectively. Self-motivated with excellent communication, leadership presence, and ability to engage with C-level executives. Adaptability and high urgency in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce and a business intelligence platform (Power BI preferred).
