This position is responsible for leading strategic process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and A3, with a strong focus on project management and operational excellence supporting the Commercial Office. It involves analyzing and redesigning processes, defining and tracking KPIs, and implementing digital and automation solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) to enhance commercial operations. The role also includes delivering impactful executive presentations, facilitating workshops, driving organizational change, and applying business intelligence and data analytics to support decision-making, cost reduction, and customer journey optimization. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Lead strategic process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and A3. - Analyze, map, and redesign existing processes to enhance efficiency and performance. - Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs). - Organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams and workshops. - Implement digital and automation solutions (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate) to optimize commercial operations. - Apply data analytics and business intelligence to support decision-making and strategy development. - Conduct root cause analysis and performance assessments to identify improvement opportunities. - Deliver executive-level presentations to support managerial decision-making. - Promote organizational change and foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence. - Perform cost-benefit analyses and benchmark best practices for continuous improvement. - Provide training and consultation on process improvement techniques and tools. Required Knowledge and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus - Three to four years of experience in process improvement, project management, or business operations within commercial or sales environments, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. - Fluent in English - Proficiency in digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel (advanced), and other automation or analytics platforms - Certification or strong working knowledge in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Agile, and A3 problem-solving.
