Your role will be **pivotal in ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between our HR systems**, enhancing overall HR service delivery, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our Workday integrations. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of Workday with various HR and non-HR systems, ensuring timely and effective resource allocation. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to design and implement integrations. - Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within the defined scope. - Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and developing complex Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including regular updates and enhancements. - Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Workday integration processes and best practices. **Qualifications** **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field. **Experience**: - 7+ **years of experience in Workday integrations**, with significant hands-on experience using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. - 3+ years of e**xperience managing or leading a team** of integration professionals. - Proven experience in m**anaging and executing complex system integrations.**: - ** In-depth knowledge of Workday** HCM modules and functionalities. - Workday HCM and Workday Integration/Studio certifications are preferred but not required. **Skills**: - Proficiency in **English.**: - Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various teams. - Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to influence both internally and externally. - Effective collaboration skills. **Additional Information** - Global and very stable company, world leader in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry. - Flexible schedule and hybrid work model. - SGS university and Campus for continuos learning options. - Multinational environment where you will work with colleagues from multiple continents. - Benefits platform.
