We are looking for a driven professional eager to continue learning and advance their professional career by working with Business Generation manager and Operations Team on the business development efforts for Andean Region businesses. **Key activities**: - Market research. - Document management and updates to branded materials (case studies, brochures, presentations for events). - Non-technical bid support. Review bids and maintain brand standards. - Track suppliers’ portals to map leads - Support branding inductions to new staff. - Support internal communications and events preparation. - Assist on sales data processing to issue reports to board. - Ensure client care process is fulfill by delivery teams **Qualifications** - Bachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Administration, Design or related fields. - Between 1- 2 years professional experience in similar positions. - Experience in supporting business development processes (strategies/events/presentations) as well as bidding processes through supplier portals (SAP ARIBA/COUPA) - Experience working in multicultural environments and relating with stakeholders at different levels of the organization, supporting the flow of information through meetings and/or written communications - Advance experience in the following software packages: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Power BI is a plus). - Fluent in English. - It is of value knowledge in Construction Projects, work in consultancy companies. - It is of value adobe suite knowledge **Additional Information**: - Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
