Job Description This is a remote position. * This position is open exclusively to candidates located in Colombia or Mexico * We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and analytics. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth across the full funnel — from attracting the right audience to engaging them with relevant content, converting them through optimized touchpoints, and retaining & upselling via data-backed strategies. What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives across multiple channels (content, paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages). Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for event setup, conversion tracking, and funnel analysis to make data-backed decisions. Manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) — creating custom tags, triggers, and tracking for campaigns. Run and refine paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including remarketing strategies. Conduct A/B tests using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or platform-native split tests to improve performance. Oversee content execution — brief, write, or edit blog posts, social media copy, and landing pages with SEO and conversion in mind. Manage email marketing automation — create segmentation, triggers, and nurture campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and GTM . Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks. Excellent written and editing skills for content marketing. Experience with email automation platforms and segmentation strategies. A balance of creativity and data-oriented thinking.
