About the Role Lead one or multiple food and beverage services in the restaurants, ensuring a consistent experience aligned with the establishment's concept. Guide guests and clients in understanding the concept and products, always focused on fully satisfying their expectations. Foster a work environment marked by FS standards, creating memorable experiences for both clients and team members. Support the manager in achieving goals related to quality, financial results, hygiene, training, and work environment according to Four Seasons guidelines. What You Will Do Ensure the established service sequence according to FS standards during service. Control food pass times, ensuring communication between service and kitchen, as well as delivery times. Act as a point of contact for guests, managing complaints and resolving problems. Manage schedules and shift assignments. Control inventories and orders. Ensure daily briefings and training sessions. Possess a professional background in hotel management and tourism or related fields, or equivalent experience of 10 years. Certification in one of the following: Mixology or Enology (Desirable). Advanced level of English. Minimum 5 years of experience in high-quality restaurant service as a supervisor or 2 years as an assistant general manager in high-demand environments with premium meats and high-end wines. Experience implementing service standards such as Forbes or LQA (Desirable).
