As a Specialist of Product Complaints, you will support the Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, driving priority and transformative initiatives across M&S. Main responsibilities: Handle Product Technical Complaints (PTC) for medical devices, pharmaceutical products, biologics, and combination products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders via cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Sales, Regulatory, Commercial Operations, Legal, Field Alert Reporting) for complaint management. Complete all required training in a timely manner. Process intake for complaints, perform assessments, and ensure timely closure, focusing on operational tasks within complaint handling. Participate in ad-hoc meetings regarding product-specific complaint issues and provide feedback on investigations. Maintain compliance of all Quality processes and documentation with regulations and Sanofi standards. Handle QMS records and discrepancies, ensuring completion within timelines. Proactively identify areas for improvement and support their implementation. Document Hub-related GxP activities. About you Experience: 1-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of Quality functions within the pharmaceutical sector. Soft and technical skills: problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational skills. Ability to work proactively, in a team-oriented and flexible manner. Analytical skills and ability to multitask under stress. Education: Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology. Languages: Excellent command of English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
