Job Purpose: We are seeking a Workplace Services Manager to lead the development and implementation of workplace operations and experience strategies across the Andean countries, Central America, Caribbean, and Bolivia region. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and implement workplace operations and experience strategies to promote safe work environments, efficiency in building maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and food services. - Lead and implement workplace strategies that enhance productivity, well-being, and collaboration across the region. - Develop and lead regional workplace standards, ensuring alignment with global strategies. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage performance, and ensure cost efficiency. - Ensure operational excellence, financial efficiency, and outstanding user experience through the management of outsourced teams. - Ensure facilities meet compliance and regulatory standards across all locations. - Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to accommodate changing business needs. - Manage office moves, expansions, and changes in layout, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Develop sustainability programs to reduce the environmental impact of workplace operations. - Manage the Workplace budget, ensuring financial sustainability of operations. - Implement continuous improvements and internal policies related to infrastructure and services. Requirements: - Higher education degree in administration, engineering, or related areas. - Minimum prior experience of 7 years in facilities management, services management, or similar in multiple sites. - Languages: Advanced English. - Excellent customer attitude, knowledge of standards and regulations, communication and stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
