This position is responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset when it comes to evaluating and engaging talent. Key Responsibilities: Screen and interview candidates for finance-related roles, ensuring alignment with hiring needs Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate engagement through final selection Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the hiring process Maintain accurate records in Manatal (ATS) and Airtable to track candidate progress Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on finance roles Strong interview and candidate assessment skills Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Experience handling multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Manatal (ATS) and Airtable for recruitment tracking and management Experience hiring for international finance roles Background in agency or executive search recruitment Please note: To ensure prompt processing of your application, we kindly request that you submit your resume and an introductory video in English format.
