Our all-in-one service covers recruitment, compliance, onboarding, payroll, equipment, and local support; combining simplicity, talent, and technology. - Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote - Environment: Colombian and International Teams - Language: English – Advanced - Full-time / Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm - Salary: Negotiable Role Summary: As our Marketing Strategist, you’ll own our entire marketing function from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll attract clients and build Salvatech’s brand. You’ll work closely with the leadership, sales, recruitment,design and product teams to position Salvatech as a top-of-mind solution for global hiring. Responsibilities: Strategy & Analytics - Develop and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy to attract B2B clients. - Own the structure, performance, and continuous optimization of our websites (SEO, UX, CRO). - Set and track KPIs (traffic, conversion, CAC, MQLs) and optimize for growth. - Launch and manage monthly email campaigns and nurturing flows. - Leverage analytics tools, CRM, and AI tools to make data-driven decisions and drive performance. Content, Copywriting & Brand - Own the content calendar and create engaging content (website copy, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, downloadable resources). - Write compelling copy for web, email campaigns, cold outreach (LinkedIn, email), and paid ads. - Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva, etc.) to scale high-quality content production efficiently. Social Media Management - Develop and manage Salvatech’s social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. - Create and schedule engaging posts to grow our audience, promote thought leadership, and generate leads. - Monitor performance and optimize based on insights and trends. - Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and trends in the B2B space. Collaboration & Brand Alignment - Collaborate with sales, HR, design and product teams to align marketing with client needs and business goals. - Support content and branding for events, webinars, trade shows. - Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction campaigns in LATAM. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or HR Tech environments. - Proven track record in lead generation and full-cycle marketing campaigns (SEO, email, content, paid media, social media). - Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish (professional, persuasive, and clear). - Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign, Notion, WordPress, Canva, or similar. - Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability. - Advanced English (C1 or above). Nice to Have: - Familiarity with AI tools to automate and optimize marketing workflows. - Experience with CRO, outbound strategies, and funnel optimization. - Understanding of EOR, nearshoring, outsourcing, or global hiring ecosystems. - A portfolio of previous campaigns or creative work is a big plus.
