Senior Regional Product Compliance Specialist Grundfos is seeking an experienced Regional Product Compliance Specialist to join its Regional Compliance team. The Regional Product Compliance Specialist will ensure that Grundfos products & solutions meet local compliance obligations across relevant areas by obtaining and maintaining local approvals/certifications in the region. Additionally, they will monitor new or changed product compliance obligations and keep the organization (Division & Group stakeholders) informed about the potential business impact and compliance processes. The role covers the following regional sites: South America, including markets such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. What is the job about? 1. Identify and communicate mandatory regulatory product compliance demands, including any need for product approval and/or certification for the countries in scope. 2. Monitor local product regulations across the region to ensure transparency regarding existing, changed, or new product compliance obligations at the national/local level. 3. Implement Product Compliance Frameworks (according to the Product Compliance Management Process) for new or changed regulations related to local product compliance obligations. 4. Drive the local product approval/certification process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including national certification bodies. 5. Manage contact with local regulators and third-party approval agencies, understanding contractual agreements as needed. 6. Possess specialist knowledge of compliance obligations, local regulations, certification requirements, standards, and approval processes related to Grundfos products & solutions. 7. Exhibit strong internal networking skills, recognized by Division stakeholders as the point of contact for regional product compliance in the countries in scope. What do you need to apply? - Specialist knowledge of local regulations and compliance obligations. - Experience working with external approval agencies and approvals/type testing. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Project management skills to handle local approval processes. - Ability to plan activities collaboratively across the full value chain. - Interest in local regulations and regulatory processes. - Understanding of Grundfos's business, processes, and product portfolio. - Proficiency in IT tools, including SAP. - Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese skills are an advantage.
