panOpen Education is an Edtech company that aims to empower content creators, educators, and learners through modular digital tools and blended educational resources. We are seeking an exceptional Educational Content Review and CS Specialist to join our team. As part of the content team, your core responsibilities will revolve around preparing, uploading, and verifying publisher materials in the panOpen platform. The majority of resources are in English and include, but are not limited to, higher ed textbooks, assessment questions, and ancillary educational materials. Additional responsibilities include converting and preparing supplementary materials as needed. The main objective of this role is to ensure the quality and accuracy of publisher materials. This role requires an individual who can quickly and accurately review content, displaying strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. **Primary Roles and Responsibilities** - Follow panOpen’s guidelines and procedures to ingest educational resources into our platform including content, assessments, and activities. - Convert publisher material and prepare documents for platform ingestion. - Conduct high-level quality assurance checks of ingested materials to meet panOpen and publisher standards and formats. - Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain service level metrics via customer support tools. - Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems our customer accounts might face accurately and efficiently. **Required Education and Experience** - Associate or Bachelor’s degree - 2 years of customer service experience in education and/or tech - Highly-skilled written and verbal communication in English (level C1 minimum) - Remarkable accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a keen eye for consistency - Excellent command of spreadsheets and word processing programs. - Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people - Able to share the company’s vision clearly with prospective clients **What's Next?** An Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/V/H/LGBTQ Job Type - Full time - Colombia-based (work authorization required) - Remote - This role requires some weekend and holiday hours (paid overtime) Compensation and benefits - Salary: $3,000,000 COP - Medical benefits - $120,000 COP for internet support after 3 months - Paid training **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract **Salary**: From $3,000,000 per month Application Question(s): - What is your level of English? - Are you legally authorized to work in Colombia?
