Oversee deployment and scaling using AWS ECS on Fargate with Aurora Database. Manage the end-to-end SDLC, including coding, testing, and deployment, with developers owning quality in the absence of a dedicated QA team. Architect and implement front-end (UI) and back-end solutions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. Establish and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure monitoring, and optimization. Build and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
