Outbound Sales | Appointment Setting | Cold Calling Specialist Location: Remote work in Colombia Join a fast-growing team in the healthcare real estate industry, connecting veterinary, dental, and behavioral health practices across the U.S. with the spaces they need to grow. Responsibilities - Make 500+ targeted outbound calls per week - Qualify leads and book appointments with decision-makers - Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes - Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting - Background in real estate, healthcare, or veterinary industries (preferred) - Fluent English (C1/C2), spoken and written - Comfortable working U.S. business hours - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills - Culturally aware, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups. Compensation - Hourly rate: 24,200–32,300 COP (approx. USD 6–8). Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): - We must fill this position urgently.
