Requirements - 5+ years of experience within an agency or product design company. - Degree in STEM is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Innate desire to remain at the forefront of innovation and emerging technology. - Strong interest in continuing education and acquiring subsequent certifications. - Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and understand how to achieve business goals in partnership with your team. Essential Skills - Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience leveraging libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for large-scale data manipulation, analysis, and feature engineering. - Deep understanding of ML frameworks, particularly TensorFlow, to develop and optimize models for predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions. - Extensive experience working in cloud environments, specifically GCP, with strong proficiency in Vertex AI for deploying and scaling ML models. - Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab, utilizing them for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and collaboration across teams. - Ability to build and deploy scalable AI solutions, integrating cloud-native ML pipelines specifically with Vertex AI, GCP, and other cloud-based data services.
