KRONOS Business Analyst, Columbia, SC, United States Business Analyst - Advanced SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Provide business process design leadership and system support related to: - KRONOS HR Payroll System support for timekeeping, payroll, and attendance functions This position will be scheduled for 3 days per week during most of the assignment period, with occasional adjustments during training, go-live, etc. DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: - Define and validate business process requirements for the business structure representing the DOC organization in the KRONOS application. - Participate in integration workshops to support interface design between KRONOS and SCEIS. - Co-lead testing efforts, including test plans, script development, execution, and defect management. - Assist with user training activities, including developing training materials and conducting instructor-led training. - Co-lead change management activities, including project communications and go-live readiness. - Participate in production go-live planning and cutover. - Review and validate parallel testing results and manage defects. - Provide post go-live support and monitor KRONOS application results, reporting defects as required.
