Job description Join our team at Amaris as a Junior Fleet Officer and take part in an exciting international journey, contributing directly to the efficiency of our operations across LATAM. You will be responsible for the daily coordination and management of the company's IT hardware fleet, ensuring proper allocation, tracking, maintenance, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will collaborate with global teams and local suppliers to support continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Your missions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet assets (IT hardware), including assignment, usage status, and documentation Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure asset longevity Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for procurement and service execution Source new suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and service terms Ensure compliance with applicable legal, insurance, and safety standards Manage the full lifecycle of assets, from procurement and allocation to return and disposal Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to fleet assignments.
