This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in the Bogota office 2–3 days per week. Summary of the Role You’ll contribute to the design of cloud-native solutions using event-driven patterns. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and engineers to define roadmaps and deliver value incrementally. You’ll also support implementation, deployment planning, and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. In this role you’ll: - Guide teams in delivering microservices using reference architectures, integration patterns, and communication protocols. - Create clear documentation and diagrams to support understanding across architecture, engineering, product, and operations teams. - Collaborate with enterprise architects to develop application modernization roadmaps aligned with standards. - Prototype solutions to demonstrate value and feasibility. - Support operational and security planning in collaboration with relevant teams. About the ideal candidate - 8+ years designing and delivering software applications with OOP (C# preferred). - 3+ years working on integrated, enterprise-scale applications. - Experience with modern architectural practices (e.g., API design, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, event-based systems). - Familiarity with cloud-native deployment patterns. - Understanding of SQL and NoSQL data modeling. - Knowledge of observability practices using Open Telemetry. - Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating across teams. - Good communication skills in English.
