Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Monitor and analyze application performance and availability using SQL and KQL on the Azure platform. - Maintain and update comprehensive application documentation, including detailed support procedures and knowledge base articles. - Assist with application deployments, upgrades, and patching, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
