In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, whether through web forms, calls, or social media, and guide them through a thoughtful intake process. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Managing inbound leads through webforms, phone calls (RingCentral), and social media Contacting and qualifying leads using Salesforce based on established criteria Answering incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity Ensuring accurate data entry and documentation of all client interactions Following up with leads and supporting the scheduling of consultations or next steps. Maintaining an organized intake pipeline and following internal procedures consistently Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and real-time updates. Adapting to changes in the intake process and asking questions when clarification is needed. Providing dependable, client-focused support while balancing multiple tasks. What We’re Looking For At least one to two years of experience in an intake, sales, or client support role. Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and phone tools (e.g., RingCentral). Previous experience handling client-facing communication via calls or digital platforms. A high level of fluency in English (written and verbal). Fluency in Spanish A customer-focused individual with a professional and empathetic approach. Strong organizational and time management abilities An active listener and confident communicator A tech-savvy individual that is comfortable using CRM tools and phone systems. A proactive team player who can also work independently. A detail-oriented, dependable, and accountable individual Access to a personal laptop or PC, headset, and reliable high-speed internet (min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) A quiet and private workspace suitable for remote work.
