Technical Project Manager Role We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. - Manage and ensure the successful delivery of projects across business lines and technologies. - Plan and design end-to-end processes and projects, working with infrastructure partners and vendors. - Develop and maintain high-performing project teams, influencing business decisions and providing technical advice. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work in a culturally diverse environment, collaborating with various professionals and stakeholders. You will be responsible for: - Managing project budgets and financials, ensuring effective resource allocation. - Coordinating with executive sponsors and business managers to prioritize requirements and deliverables. - Defining and maintaining project roadmaps and risk/issue logs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all types of professionals. You should have experience managing complex projects, preferably in the financial services industry, and be familiar with project management tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have: - 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing large complex IT projects. - Excellent track record managing projects of high/medium complexity and budgets up to $10 million. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, MS Projects, and Waterfall. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline is required. Nice to have: PMP certification or Scrum Master certification (CSM). Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
