As a Junior Software Project Analyst, you will live the process of supporting partners on the digital product transformation to the robotic delivery software built by Kiwibot. You’ll report to our Software Executive Coordinator; This is an excellent opportunity to learn about a real growing startup environment and be part of the implementation of new consumer apps within the Kiwibot expansion in the US. Location: Remote Career Path: Junior Software Project Analyst - Software Project Analyst - Software Zone Manager - Executive Manager. **Requirements**: As a Junior Software Analyst you will: - Develop project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches. - Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications. - Create and manage documentation and reports for projects. - Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project. - Maintain current knowledge of the legislation applicable to each project. - Configure on a platform all the requirements needed to operate. - Design new processes for the improvement of the POS team. - Analyze results and find potential errors to provide progress updates to stakeholders. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date management reports. - Work directly with stakeholders on requirements gathering for system configuration. - Communicate with our clients to execute viable solutions. This job might be the right one if you: - 1 year of experience working with international clients in relationship management and software project development. It’s a plus if you have experience as a Project Manager or Executive Assistant. - 6+ months of experience working remotely - English level B2+ (high intermediate). Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English (spoken and written). - A “problem solver” that can investigate issues, figure out what is going on, and how we best solve them. - Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests - Exceptional research and reporting skills - Experience in working in agile environments and adaptability to new initiatives - Experience learning new software tools and frameworks along the way - Interest in improving the user experience You might have also had: - Spanish language skills (we are a Latin America start-up!) - Are comfortable addressing frequent product changes - Experience starting or scaling a successful startup Experience constant change and sudden growth.
