We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cross-Discipline Director to lead the strategy and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, encompassing both Social Media and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).This role requires a deep understanding of both disciplines, with the ability to develop and implement holistic strategies that maximize ROI and achieve our clients' business objectives. The Cross-Discipline Director will be responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, from planning and budgeting to execution and performance analysis, working closely with internal teams and creative agencies.ResponsibilitiesCross-Channel Strategy: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that encompass Social Media and SEM, ensuring synergy between both platforms to maximize impact and efficiency.Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive and detailed marketing plans, including objectives, KPIs, targeting strategies, timelines, and budget allocation.Budget Management: Manage and optimize the budget allocated to campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of campaigns across Social Media and SEM, including setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign results, generate performance reports, and present recommendations for continuous optimization.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for the client, presenting strategies, results, and recommendations.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Social Media and SEM specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.End-to-End Service: Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery and performance analysis.Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Social Media and SEM, adapting strategies to ensure competitiveness.Requirements12 – 15 years of experience in digital marketing campaign planning and strategy, with a focus on Social Media and SEM.Proven experience in budget management and campaign execution across both disciplines.Strong understanding of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and Search Engine Marketing platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.Experience in client relationship management.Google Ads and Social Media platform certifications are a plus.En atención a la naturaleza del cargo en Modalidad de Teletrabajo o Híbrido que desempeñará el candidato, se informa que el trabajo deberá realizarse dentro del Territorio Colombiano, por lo que la aplicación a este cargo únicamente es posible para personas domiciliadas y con permiso de trabajo en el territorio nacional.
