Test Technician The Test Technician is responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing testing procedures. - Plan and conduct tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of our products. - Interact with other functional groups to resolve technical issues and improve product design. - Set up and operate various test stands to simulate real-world scenarios. - Configure test equipment for special tests as needed. - Interpret and record test results to identify areas for improvement. - Recognize and isolate test equipment failures to prevent downtime. - Take electrical measurements to determine select resistors using strong math skills. - Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic units to the sub-assembly and component level. - Read and interpret technical data such as component maintenance manuals, engineering prints, and schematics. - Effectively communicate work status to team members and support staff. Requirements - Typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and an associate degree in a technical field, or relevant vocational/technical education and 1 year of experience. - Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written). - U.S. citizenship is required.
