Freelance Presentation Designer (Part-Time) Indiewalls is seeking a freelance Presentation Designer to create compelling, visually polished decks that communicate key messages across marketing, sales, and curatorial efforts. This part-time freelance role offers flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 30 hours per month , depending on the project load. Responsibilities Support the sales and marketing team by updating general proposals, creating highly tailored decks for high-value clients, and developing industry-specific sales assets. Collaborate with curators to elevate presentation narratives, helping highlight the story, research, and artist contributions behind each project. Maintain brand consistency while introducing fresh, creative design solutions. Structure content for clarity — using strong visual hierarchy and refining copy for readability and impact. Replace imagery with updated project visuals as needed. Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Creative Director to refine and evolve our presentation standards. Design primarily for digital formats, with occasional print materials. What Success Will Look Like You'll develop a strong understanding of our visual standards and consistently deliver polished, on-brand presentations that require minimal direction or revision. Your work will directly support the sales and marketing teams in telling clearer stories, helping drive client engagement and conversion. You'll collaborate seamlessly with other team members, helping refine decks to enhance narrative flow while staying true to each project's voice. You'll approach every presentation with a balance of creativity and structure, identifying ways to elevate both design and content. You'll manage your time effectively, communicate clearly, and stay responsive. Above all, you'll be seen as a dependable creative partner—someone who makes our team's ideas stronger through thoughtful design and clear execution. Requirements Proven experience in presentation design — portfolio must include clean, well-structured, impactful decks. Strong graphic design skills: layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Expert in Google Slides; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency. Comfortable working on tight turnarounds with minimal oversight. Able to refine written content for tone, clarity, and flow.
