Knowledge and skills required: Revenue Strategy & Process: Define and implement revenue strategies aligned with company goals Create document and continuously refine a structured sales process and comprehensive sales playbook Team Leadership & Development: Hire and train sales team members in best practices for complex B2B/SaaS deal cycles Mentor and coach the team through strategic account planning objection handling and negotiation Pipeline & Forecast Management: Manage and progress sales opportunities through each pipeline stage ensuring consistent communication and high-quality follow-up Develop and support the creation of compliant tailored proposals for government and private sector RFPs highlighting CANDA Solutions' unique value Interpret and apply GWAC requirements accurately Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue within a ±10% variance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide cross functional deal support and conduct strategic account reviews with team Conduct strategic account reviews and executive-level presentations with internal stakeholders Executive Sponsorship: Serve as the executive sponsor for key strategic accounts building and sustaining strong relationships Sales Enablement & Tools: Leverage and optimize CRM and sales enablement platforms to track activity performance metrics and pipeline health Identify and implement tooling or process enhancements to increase sales productivity Revenue Generation: Drive new business development and expansion within existing accounts through consultative selling Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities and proposals adhere to government regulations ethical standards and company policies Mitigate risks and uphold CANDA Solutions' reputation for integrity and reliability Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in a B2B or SaaS sales role with demonstrated progression in responsibilities Proven track record of closing complex deals and achieving/exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong strategic thinker with ability to manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated competitive and goal-driven with a robust work ethic and sense of urgency Preferred Experience: Experience selling enterprise software or technology solutions Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales enablement tools Certification in grant writing proposal writing or technical writing Legal Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Your next step So, what do you think?
