Job Title: Human Resources Manager At Baxter, we are deeply connected by our mission. Our team is responsible for supporting HR strategy across all Business Units through serving as an HR advisor, collaborating with critical team members, and identifying and delivering high-quality HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Advise members of the Leadership Team on HR matters in assigned geographies - Identify and drive HR initiatives that support business strategies - Continually assess the efficiency of the organization's business model and organization dynamics, and lead efforts to realign/refocus as needed - Partner with members both within and across business units - Engage with functional COEs to champion and implement enterprise-wide processes Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's degree required. MBA or Master's degree in an HR subject area preferred. At least 8+ years of HR professional experience that includes at least 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience and as team leader.
