Responsible for managing the timely and comprehensive access of Sanofi therapies within the Colombian healthcare system by engaging with insurers, providers, and pharmaceutical managers. Accountable for delivering the product value proposition and health value solutions to payers. Develops and executes local payer strategies throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with local Market Access and cross-functional teams. Adapts the Global Market Access Blueprint to local needs and manages sales within assigned ecosystems. Organizational Context : This position focuses on the Sanofi Pharma Portfolio and reports to the Market Access Head COPAC. Major Responsibilities and Activities : Lead in local brand teams to define payer value propositions and strategic planning. Coordinate access strategies with commercial, global, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and tools. Contribute to product forecasting, including strategic, operational, and financial aspects, working with local pricing teams. Develop and coordinate deliverables such as value dossiers, economic models, and payer engagement activities, supporting research and market analysis. Maintain knowledge of scientific, clinical, and commercial developments in the therapeutic area. Understand pricing and reimbursement criteria used by payers to inform strategies. Collaborate with marketing, medical, PA, KAMs, KADs, and sales teams to implement access strategies. Design contracting strategies to facilitate asset introduction. Require industry experience with knowledge of government policies, health economics, and institutional markets; payer or healthcare organization experience is desirable. Strong strategic, leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Build extensive payer networks and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats. Identify product advantages and develop value stories aligned with market needs. Prioritize initiatives with clear timelines, organizational, and communication skills. Engage systematically with payers to gather insights and adapt access strategies accordingly. Understand value drivers and develop strategies beyond clinical evidence, including integrated care and support programs. Define payer channel strategies and prepare for product launches. Anticipate objections and develop solutions. Support value creation strategies to ensure product access and uptake. Demonstrate understanding of healthcare systems, payer value drivers, and pricing strategies. Educational background: Bachelor’s in Economics, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Marketing, Pharmacy; graduate degrees preferred. Proficiency in English (high level spoken and written).
