This individual will be responsible for providing support to the department, taking the lead on various tasks such as data analysis, dashboarding, statistical modeling, data QC and shaping, template buildouts, adhoc projects, and automation opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings and project progress to stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, this role requires a passion for intuitively using data and strong critical thinking skills to solve business problems. This position will work cross-departmentally within the company and report directly to the Director of Business Analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Own data analysis, beginner to intermediate statistical modeling & forecasting, data QC and data shaping, template buildouts, adhoc projects, and automation opportunities - Coordinate directly with Data Engineering, serve as a liaison between departments and primary point of contact on related collaborative projects - Strategize with clients, analysts, and department leaders to identify gaps in projected vs actual performance and provide actionable insights Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative focus - Strong storytelling through visualization tools, with experience in PowerBI, Looker, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python/R, and Predictive Modeling - Organized individual with ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders What We Offer: - Competitive salary and bonuses - Paid-time-off policy - Flexible working hours - Work remotely - Continuing education, training, conferences, company-sponsored coursework, exams, and certifications
