About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic Senior Human Resources BusinessPartner to support the transformation and development of our HRoperations in Colombia and LATAM. In this critical role, you willestablish and execute an HR strategy that aligns with Xebia'smission and growth objectives. As the key HR connection inColombia, you will build robust HR processes and ensure compliancewith local regulations. Additionally, you will play a critical rolein shaping a robust organizational culture that fosters employeeengagement. This role requires a hands-on expert who can manage theday-to-day HR needs while also contributing to strategic businessdecisions as a trusted advisor to leadership. What You’ll Do HROperations - Drive HR operations in Colombia and LATAM, includingemployee contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefitsadministration, and compliance with local labor laws. - Manage HRpartners to ensure efficient operations, aligning in-houseprocesses, vendor services, and Xebia’s global framework. - Developand implement a unified HR strategy tailored to the region’s needswhile adhering to Xebia’s mission of Authority. - Develop andmaintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are accessible,understandable, and compliant. Talent Acquisition - Partner withthe Talent Acquisition team to define competitive salary benchmarksand compensation packages that attract top-tier talent. - Supportrecruitment by guiding employment contracts, benefits, and legalcompliance. - Evolve Xebia’s brand in LATAM to position our companyas an employer of choice. Employee Relations and Culture - Serve asthe key HR contact for all employee-related matters, fosterpositive relationships, and proactively address employee concerns.- Collaborate with other leadership teams to develop employeeengagement programs that align with our core values, fostering aunified and inclusive culture. Leadership and Strategic Initiatives- Partner with the Delivery Center Head and global HR leadership toensure that HR strategies support business objectives and enablegrowth. - Support HR initiatives in other countries across LATAM,leveraging best practices from Colombia to drive consistency andefficiency in regional HR operations. - Provide coaching anddevelopment to managers on people management best practices,fostering a high-performance culture. - Contribute to theleadership team by providing data-driven insights on retention,employee satisfaction, and talent development. What You Bring - 5+years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a Senior HRBP role,especially in software services, consulting, or similar industries.- Track record supporting HR operations, including payroll,compliance, contracts, and employee relations in Colombia andLATAM. - Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws, employmentstandards, and legal HR requirements. - Experience developing HRtransitions or integrations, particularly mergers, acquisitions, orvendor transitions. - Ability to build and implement HR processesfrom the ground up. - Experience in working with global and localteams, with the ability to navigate cross- border HR complexities.- Demonstrated success in implementing culture-building andemployee engagement initiatives. - Fluent in English andexceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability totravel as needed within Colombia and internationally to support HRinitiatives.
