Qualifications The Requirements 3-5 years of full life cycle recruitment experience (desirable). Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to speak, read and write fluently in both languages. Portuguese will be desirable. Significant experience consulting with hiring managers on recruitment strategies. Demonstrated direct sourcing/cold calling experience. Recruiting applicant tracking experience (Oracle Recruitment Cloud highly preferred). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field (desirable). Previous experience in multinational or global companies, with all kind of roles (IT Recruitment experience will be a plus). Experience managing Competencies Assessment tools and interview method. Knowledge handling interviewing tools as different sources to recruit.
