Technology company seeks a Legal Manager responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international regulations, managing legal risks, and protecting the company's legal interests across all operations. The role includes handling contracts, intellectual property, consumer protection, litigation, labor relations, personal data protection, and corporate legal matters to support sustainable growth. Key information: Proficiency in English conversational skills is essential for this position. Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts and provide bidding advice at both national and international levels. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with suppliers, distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and technology partners; oversee confidentiality, labor, and collaboration clauses. Manage all issues related to personal data protection, marketing, and consumer rights. Assess legal risks related to products, represent the company in litigation or arbitration, and coordinate with external counsel as needed. Respond to consumer complaints and advise on labor relations, including hiring, termination, and compliance with labor laws. Ensure compliance with customs laws, export/import restrictions, and trade agreements. Provide legal advice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Requirements: Law degree with specialization in Commercial Law or related fields. Minimum of 4 years experience in similar roles, preferably in tech companies or startups. Knowledge of proceedings before authorities such as the Superintendence of Corporations and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce is advantageous. Advanced written and spoken English skills are essential.
