Office Operations Manager This is a unique opportunity to join Power Digital Marketing as an Office Operations Manager in Medellín, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's headquarters and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming work environment for the team. This role focuses on culture and employee sentiment, with the goal of growing your understanding of operations and mindset while working alongside a team of HR, Accounting, and Finance professionals. Responsibilities include planning and execution of projects within Operations, Culture, DEIB, and BPO, with the aim of improving processes, employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness and goals. - Be the go-to person for all things culture in Medellín - Be the friendly face in the office - Attend all events and bring teams together - Plan and execute culture events for the Medellín office from A-Z - Assist in planning for departments, account teams, and geopods (Bogota, Cali) - Manage the office (maintain cleanliness daily, coordinate packages and mail, stock office snacks, coordinate catered lunches, oversee general office operations, trash management, etc.) - Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects - Receive and incorporate feedback from the team throughout each project and event Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules - Work with all office vendors to ensure a smooth and welcoming office experience for the team - Collaborate with the HR Team and Operations team as needed - Bring ideas on how to improve and grow the office sentiment and culture Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven experience in organizational development, process improvement, and project management - Highly organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for process optimization - Excellent leadership skill, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying areas of optimization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement KPIs: - > 90% Culture Attendance Rate - 100% Proper Culture Budget Allocation & Tracking.
