We're looking for a Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills who thrive in customer service and financial environments. Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and resolve account issues - Translate letters and documents for internal and legal use - Collaborate with the legal department on account-related inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements - Use Finvi and FACS software to manage account data and collection activities Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - 1–2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or BPO environments - Strong listening, negotiation, and organizational skills Preferred Skills - Previous experience in collections or financial services - Goal-driven mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
