Marketplace Development Representative We are seeking highly adaptable and persistent individuals to join our São Paulo team as Marketplace Development Representatives. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new merchants through prospecting via phone and email, guiding them in meeting Amazon's standards for delivery and customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping merchants master Amazon's tools and systems, while also analyzing market trends and seasonal items to provide tailored advice. - Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential merchants. 2. Manage and prioritize a pipeline to meet/exceed targets. 3. Develop and implement strategies to educate merchants on Amazon standards. 4. Assist merchants in optimizing their performance using Amazon's tools and systems. 5. Track, report, and interpret merchant development data to inform future growth initiatives. Basic Qualifications - A minimum of 1 year of sales experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in sales and marketing.
