We are seeking driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Forums division and Sales team as an Account Executive. After a 3-month onboarding and training period, you will transition into an Account Executive role with opportunities for career advancement upon achieving set targets. This role involves working with industry leaders and innovators. We facilitate corporate meetings with targeted customers at elite B2B events, helping companies improve their business. It is ideal for those eager to accelerate their careers in sales and business development. We promote from within, offering rapid advancement based on performance and leadership qualities. This is an in-person role located in our Bogota, Colombia office (COMING SOON!). Key Responsibilities Generating and prospecting new leads to build a book of business. Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Negotiating and closing contracts with C-level decision-makers, understanding their growth goals, and converting insights into opportunities. Maintaining organized records of sales activities and pipeline. Working with new and existing clients. Traveling to destination cities in North America to meet clients. Representing the company and clients in delivering exceptional products and services. Qualifications Sales experience is beneficial, but our comprehensive training will equip you with necessary skills. Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Confidence to engage with top industry leaders, coupled with humility and a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of sales principles. Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus. A track record of achieving ambitious goals, whether professionally or personally. Compensation includes a competitive annual salary plus OTE based on monthly commissions and repeat business. The annual base salary is COP 3M, with OTE ranging from COP 65 to 145 million.
