Project Leader The primary goal of this role is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations. This position involves managing multiple stakeholders, including customers and internal teams, through effective communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with commercial operations team to ensure accurate customer information and order documentation. - Verifying order documents and engaging with the commercial team during project close-out. - Leading lessons learned meetings with operations, sales, and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement. - Reviewing and confirming service sales order documentation in Hitachi Energy ERP tool (SAP). - Facilitating communication between commercial operations team and operations team to support Accounts Receivable reduction. - Managing and directing commercial operations team and project management team to ensure timely payment for current and future sales orders. - Maintaining and reducing overdue payments by collaborating with the finance team and global business services. - Confirming product schedules, shipments, and on-time delivery of materials for service sales orders. - Managing the backlog of orders assigned to you, including phasing dates in SAP for delivery/invoicing and reporting revenues forecast and deviations. - Sharing lessons learned of orders, reporting deviations, and providing good practices. Providing administration assistance to the project management team on related project orders and turnkey projects. - Communicating with customers regarding shipping and tracking information, questions regarding delivery and scheduling of materials, and interfacing with front-end sales contacts for verification of order and project close-out. Required skills and qualifications include: - Education: Electrical Engineering - Languages: Intermediate or Advanced English - Expertise (Years): 1 year as Project Manager - Knowledge of MS Project - PMP or CAPM Certification (desirable) - Knowledge of SAP ERP
